INTERNATIONAL RICE FESTIVAL Join us for Crowley's largest and oldest agricultural festival. Usually held on the third weekend in October of each year, this event hosts parades, live music, plenty of food, carnival rides, contests, pageant, poker run and more. CARNIVAL D' ACADIE Celebrate Mardi Gras Crowley style. Enjoy Cajun music and food, the Grand Carnival Parade and Carnival Costume Contest, this festival is sure to delight the entire family. So ... I love the little town of Crowley. It's charming appeal and beautiful Victorian homes make it unique along the Cajun prairie. Main Street is with it's restored buildings and clean streets make for a pleasant drive on a sunny day.
